BBQ Kitchen in Berlin

Had dinner here, really friendly staff, great food and service!

Myself and three other friends were there on August 18, 2020 and it was very, very delicious, in general the mood was just great and the staff was also megaaaa nice. Generally just a great shop and highly recommended, the excursion there is worth it and if you are in Berlin you shouldn't miss it! (That's why I give the 5 stars) (p.s .: the waitress could understand fun too xd)

Very friendly chatty, German staff. For happy hour there are selected cocktails for € 5. It's not a huge burger. But it convinces with its appearance and its taste, mayo and ketchup are on every table to dose yourself, there could be some salad on the plate, then it looks even better. Toilets are stylish and clean, a visit is definitely worth it

Not recommendable! Ate burger and broiler there. The quality of both was not particularly good. Meat too dry, the rolls too soft like from the discounter. Food wasn't really warm either.

A very great shop and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The team including the chef is super friendly. The saving tips are highly recommended.

It's delicious, but they've messed up my takeout order more than once. Yesterday I came home with half a chicken instead of a whole one. Its still very tasty, and this isn't an issue if you go in person.

Sadly it’s pretty inconsistent with the food quality, and deceptive pricing. If you order the burger combo it’s, 8.50€. If you ask for a cheeseburger it’s no longer considered a combo, so it costs you 5€ more for the same components (fries and drink) that make up the combo. I’m essence, that slice of cheese ends up costing 5€. Absurd.

Service was friendly. The burger unfortunately not to be recommended. TK meat in bad bread, because I can also go to the chain with the M is exactly the same.

The BBQ Kitchen is located directly below the S-Bahn Hackersche Markt and is therefore easy to reach. The food is good and in the lunch menu for the price perfectly fine. € 8.50 for a main course, side dish and drink are definitely affordable. The service is friendly and attentive.

Perfect! Nice service, good prices, delicious ribs and steak, super delicious fries. We ate outside, great location. - When we are back in Berlin soon, the bar will be our first point of contact.

A very nice place with a cozy atmosphere and very nice furnishings! Nice to see that the station can be put back in value.

Food was delicious (currywurst fries) unless the fries could have been in it a little longer. Nice staff, sometimes took a long time. But it wasn't much going on either.

Friday night late February, some have had a terrible time here it seems but we were lucky, currywurst & fries & pints of Berliner, cheap & cheerful & our waiter was a really nice guy, so deserved his tip.

Food is good, but a bit pricy. I got a angus steak for €12,90, but it was a tiny one and no side dishes at all. Aside from that the place is ok.

Great meat. We had awesome service and the menu was easy to go through. We had quite a bit of food and really enjoyed all the meat and especially the coleslaw and smoke sauce. Chicken, ribs and steak were all worth it. All the food and the drinks cost us only 63€.

Having lived in Kansas City and in Texas we know what BBQ should taste like. The BBQ chicken was simply shredded chicken with ground lettuce on a bun, saturated with sauce. The barbecued angus burger was tasteless, formed in a perfect circle with uniform thickness....in other words probably frozen...with a puddle of sauce. The coleslaw was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. The texture was that of soggy cabbage in wallpaper paste and the taste led me to believe that may have been the recipe. The red wine had a great vinegar flavor. The menu does not include pork or brisket. Kind of surprising.

Amazing burgers and sides, but the spareribs where really bad. I would recommend the Angus burger over the spareribs

The white beer and the angus burger are amazing!!! But the sparribs are trashy... service is great tho and the restaurant it self is very beautifull

It's chilled and relaxing place not expensive and staff is really nice. Chicken is amazing here

Quick, and not expensive

Horrible place. Staff is not nice at all. They DEMANDED me to give them a tip and even screamed at me when I told them that I wouldn’t because they were NOT nice at all!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Used to be a better place with hot water at the lavatories and a mixed chicken-ribs option in the menu. However, ribs are still delicious and portions are huge. Still a good place if you are really hungry.

Would have put 0 stars if it was available. I was sat in this restaurant for over 45 mins only to get told my currywurst would take another 5 mins, as it hadn’t even put on the grill yet. Absolutely shocking. And they had to cheek to charge me for a beer. Lol. WOULD NOT GO AGAIN.

Very good Burgers and excellent fries with a nice interior. All in all a good place to eat a burger and drink a beer on the Hackesche Markt.

Maybe it's customary for the service to be rude to the customer in Berlin, not sure but our service person was extraordinary rude to us. We will never return nor will our host and hostess.

2,90 EUR for a glass of still water from the tap brought in a small glass is excessive to say the least.

Would not recommend it, it was basic and expensive. There are better places to spent your money, and if you don't, just buy an curry wurst!

The waiter yelled at us, cause my friend wasted 5 seconds of his time, when he tried to choose a drink. And the ribs were dry and horrible. Yey, we found one of the worst places in Berlin.

Great service, not bad food considering the area - couldn't understand why it was so empty! Absolutely far better than the croweded bar next to it.

Wow! Nice place! Juicy meat with perfect french fries! We love it!!! The price is ok.

The only positive things here are the waiters and the interior. The food was quite sub-par, and the kitchen staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. There was obviously very little care put into preparing our burgers, and we observed the cook wipe his snot with a hand and continue cooking. Wouldn't recommend.

Enjoyable lunchtime meal in a clean and tastefully decorated restaurant. Menu is quite small but very good value. Staff were attentive and polite.

They have rats in the kitchen

Spacious interior ... pork feet with sublime cuisine famous "haksen" shells in Germany is crispy and soft, plain delicious dish genus ^^

Rude rude rude. I am English. My girlfriend and I entered the restaurant for lunch and were greeted with no welcome, just a mutter "find a table". Sat down, service was fairly quick, however our waiter was rude to us the whole time, making sly remarks and rolling eyes. Not sure if this was to do with the fact we were English or not? Had to wait 20 or so minutes for the bill, with us making plenty of eye contact and hand signals. However, they walked past numerous times clearly seeing that we had finished our meal, but just ignored. The restaurant was not busy at all.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Very average and probably microwaved food. Staff were horrendously rude and sarcastic. There was no interest in the wellbeing of the customers and their dining experience. 10/10 would not reccomend.
